How a TrustScore is built
A contextual, explainable, versioned, time-aware, and confidence-aware trust signal derived from identity, credentials, relationships, and performance evidence available to the platform. It is portable through the Passport and disputable through documented workflows.
Industry-specific dimensions
Each vertical enables a subset of the dimension catalog with its own weights and evidence.
Role-specific dimensions
A supplier, clinician, driver, or gig worker is scored in the role that applies to the decision.
Relationship and transaction signals
Eligible counterparties contribute structured reports for engagements they actually had.
Credential and compliance signals
Licenses, attestations, inspections, and accreditations expire, renew, and can be revoked.
Evidence confidence
Verified facts, calculations, third-party reports, and self-declared data are labeled separately.
Recency and reporting coverage
Newer eligible evidence carries more weight. Sparse coverage lowers confidence, not character.
Model version
Every score cites the model identifier, version, and last update so explanations stay auditable.

It is not a guarantee, a consumer credit score, a universal judgment of personal worth, an unexplained blacklist, a substitute for required professional judgment, or automatically transferable between unrelated industries.
